1. We (SHF) will not collect and store your sensitive personal information which includes and not limited to your dob, location, email address and any other data that is tied to such information.

2. With our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

3. We will retain User Provided data for as long as you are willing to tie up with us and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.

1. The user, on agreeing with the above terms and conditions, shall be provided a refund when any additional amount has been received by us on prior intimation before providing you with the bill receipt (grace period of 24 hours within payment).

2. Once the bill receipt has been formulated, the user shall agree that no refund will be provided henceforth and the organisation and payment service providers are not liable to it.
